Growing & Embedding Outstanding

Welcome

The Kaizen Teaching School Alliance has been formed to meet the priorities of all our schools to create a more valuable learning experience for all our learners.

In response to the national agenda of developing a self-improving school system, the strategic executive partner schools within our Alliance have come together to lead a framework of training, research and professional development for the benefit of all schools across the area.

The Kaizen Teaching School Alliance (KTSA), established since September 2014, now comprises of a large number of schools. School partners represent primary, junior, secondary, special, faith and selective schools and academies drawn from across the Kent and Medway area.

In addition to schools, a number of other strategic partners work within KTSA to bring additional expertise; these are Bluesky Education, the University of Brighton, the University of Greenwich, Kent County Council, the Brook Learning Trust and Kent and Medway Teacher Training.

Our aim is to help to deliver our 3 Core Strands which have been developed from ‘The Big 6’
